Title

AN ACT CONCERNING SEE IT, SNAP IT, GET PAID ACT OF 2026 for the purpose of establishing a Prince George’s County Beautification Enforcement Incentive Program to enhance the aesthetic conditions and environmental quality and well-being of Prince George’s County; and generally relating to civil enforcement.

 

Background

This bill will establish an incentive program for private citizens to report, with supporting photographic evidence, violations of County laws prohibiting illegal dumping, littering, and placement of illegal signs. Under the program, residents who submit complaints that result in the collection of fines will receive a portion of those fines.
