Background

This bill is the Quiet and Clean Landscaping Equipment Bill  that prohibits the use of a regulated leaf blower that generates a certain sound level in the County. There is a phased in implementation date and there are exemptions. There are provisions for public education and transition assistance. There are penalties for violations of the law.
