Background

This bill establishes the Shovel-Ready and Permit-Ready Employment Sites Program authorizing the County to identify, prepare, and certify a portfolio of priority employment sites as “Shovel-Ready and Permit-Ready,” including completion of advance zoning, environmental, utility, broadband, transportation, and permitting review to facilitate rapid employer investment in the County.
