Title

Background

This Bill is a request to amend Subtitles 5, 12, 13, 14, 19, 26A, and 28 of the Prince George’s County Code transferring the Code Compliance duties and responsibilities from the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement (DPIE) to the Office of Homeland Security (OHS). Duties and personnel have already been transferred from DPIE to OHS per CB-056-2026.
